While creating a Snapshot, you may see an error message within the dashboard.
This error means that the automated system failed to capture a screenshot of your webpage.
When this error occurs, there are two ways to fix it:
1. You can whitelist our screenshot server IP's:
Then, click on the Refresh Snapshot Image option under the gear icon to capture a new Snapshot.
2. Use the Page Camera Google Chrome extension to capture the screenshot manually for your Snapshot.
